URGENT: Customer Tom Jordi Ruesch (CIO/MD, ELAN Languages) has now sent 4 emails that are all returning 404 and not indexable in our system. All originate from Outlook server PAVPR03MB9336. The original escalation (68577452-f876-4d33-a871-b6f7e929946b) has been open and unresolved. Customer is a senior executive and is clearly trying repeatedly to reach us. We are at risk of losing this customer's trust and business.
TESTProject 535192c9 (TEST) — DE→RU translation for ELAN Languages. Customer has sent 4 messages, all unreadable by our system (404). Failed message IDs: PAVPR03MB9336DFA08211E5735EE7FB9BF853A, PAVPR03MB93368C89CF9DED3B253E6B40F853A, PAVPR03MB933657218FBEE7104E97FE6CF853A, PAVPR03MB93368FA0DB594AF920C825CDF853A. We have already sent Tom 3 emails asking him to try alternatives. No content or attachments have been retrieved. The project remains in draft with no word count, deadline or domain known.
OCR service is failing with 'Illegal header value b\'Bearer \'' — this indicates the Mistral OCR API key is not configured. OCR is mandatory before creating an order, so the workflow is blocked.

Two consecutive messages from customer Tom Jordi Ruesch (tj.ruesch@elanlanguages.com) via Outlook (server PAVPR03MB9336) are not being indexed in our inbox system and return 404 on message lookup. Message IDs: PAVPR03MB9336DFA08211E5735EE7FB9BF853A and PAVPR03MB93368C89CF9DED3B253E6B40F853A. Both were sent to tap-intake@agentmail.to but neither appears in the thread list for that inbox.

We asked for the real document + deadline + domain. Customer replied twice but both replies are inaccessible (404). Still waiting on actual source content before we can quote.
PCMS `create_order` API is returning HTTP 500 errors consistently (2 attempts). Cannot create the order for customer Tom Jordi Ruesch's Technical Assistance Agreement (EN→DE, 3 pages, legal contract).
